Clinical Observation On Acupoint Sticking With Kui Jing Ning Plaster In Treating Functional Dyspepsia Due To Deficiency Cold Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective:To observe Acupoint sticking with Kui Jing Ning Plaste r in treating functional dyspepsia due to Deficiency cold of spleen an d stomach.Methods:60patients with clinical functional dyspepsia stomach De ficiency Syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups (th e Kui Jing Ning Plaster group) and control group (starch plus excipi ents group),30cases in each group, patients in both groups Sticking points accept treatment, affixed to Zhong Wan, Qi Hai, Zu Sanli(bilat eral) and Tian Shu(bilateral), a break of one day, each time for4h ours, continuous treatment4weeks. Comprehensive clinical efficacy b efore and after treatment in both groups, the efficacy of TCM sympto ms, Nepean Dyspepsia Index (NDI) points, etc., obtained by statistica1findings to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:Comparing with the effect of TCM after treatment, the tre atment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05);in the treatm ent group, the NDI points of after treatment is better than before trea tment(P<0.05);after treatment, the mean has significance between t he two groups(P<0.05);above all describe that after treatment the T CM syndromes and Nepean Dyspepsia Index of the treatment group we re significantly improved.Conclusion:Kui Jing Ning Plaster acupoint application can improv e functional dyspepsia due to Deficiency cold of spleen and stomach clinical symptoms and NDI points.
