Flavored Principle In The Soup With Salt Bag Hot Iron Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Spleen Deficiency Cold Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:TO observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of modified Li Zhong decoction with hot salt alone packageironing periumbilical on treatment FD patients suffered from spleen-stomach deficiency of the clinical efficacy;Methods:According to the randomized,75patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into25patients as treatment group with modified Li Zhong decoction with hot salt alone packageironing periumbilical,25as TCM group only use modified Li Zhong decoction,25as western medicine group tablet to itopride,it lasted for4weeks to observe Syndrome before and after treatment..analysis and comparison of the efficacy of the three groups.Results:1. After the treatment for4weeks, the treatment group,the total effective rate was88.0%; in the TCM group,the total effective rate was88.0%;in the western medicine group,the total effective rate was80.0%,there is no significant different in the trend of improvement by statistical analysis (P>0.05).2.After the treatment for4weeks, the treatment group and TCM group was better than western medicine group on the TCM symptom score, there is significant different in the trend of improvement by statistical analysis (P<0.01).but there is no significant different by the treatment group and TCM group.3. The three groups after treatment in each group of symptoms were significantly improved, there is significant different in the trend of improvement by statistical analysis(P<0.01), Pairwise comparisons of the three groups total,all the symptoms except for thermophile and relief with pressure> loss of appetite、cold extremities,there is no significant different in the trend of improvement in other symptoms by statistical analysis (P>0.05).the treatment group was better than western medicine group on Malaise, there is significant different in the trend of improvement by statistical analysis (P<0.05).4.Conclusions:The clinical research results shows that modified Li Zhong decoction with hot salt alone packageironing periumbilical has unique curative effects for treating FD patients suffered from spleen-stomach deficiency on improving the clinical symptoms,.
