Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Sticking Therapy Of Piwei Peiyuan Prescription On Spleen-stomach Weak-cold Functional Dyspepsia

Functional dyspepsia(FD) is not only the most of common clinical disease and frequently-occurring disease, but also one of the most of treatment- resistant disease in western medicine. But the cognition that mechanisms of FD from the perspectation is not completely clear yet. As FD have some features that high incidence、symptoms obviously、long course、ease to be episode repeatedly and be relation to emotion closely and so on, it is pay close attention by more and more people and medical worker. From treatment, it is only symptomatic therapy and comprehensive conditioning on western medicine. However, the curative effect is bad and side effects of it is significantly. State of illness is ease to be episode repeatedly simultaneously.FD is cured by Chinese medicine which has many features that integrated thinking and syndrome differentiation and treatment, has huge advantage obviously with Chinese medicine herb 、acupuncture and moxibustion and so on. Meanwhile,side effects of it is minimal and the long-term curative effect is well. So it is worthy to study and extenion deeply in clinical.This thesis mainly includes two parts: literature research and clinical curative effect observation. Roughly as follows:Part one:Literature research1.Summarying from that the name of the disease belonging、the etiology and pathogenesis、syndrome differentiation and typing、the treatment of Chinese medicine separately. Introduced the research progress that Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia now.2.Summarying of functional dyspepsia from epidemiology 、 the etiology and pathogenesis、equipment inspection method、diagnostic criteria and classification and western medicine treatment in the perspective of western Medicine. Elaborated the research progress that the treatment of functional dyspepsia by western Medicine.Part two:Clinical curative effect observation Objective:To improve the clinical treatment and discussing the reliability Evidence that4 acupoint External Application of Piwei Peiyuan prescription treat FD,this paper observes the clinical effects of the acupoint sticking therapy and the influence on the quality of life of the patients by Piwei Peiyuan on spleen-stomach weak-cold functional dyspepsia.Methods:As the object of the patients who visits to the second affiliated hospital of Anhui university of CM. Ninety patients with FD were randomly divided into three groups according to the standard and thirty patients in each group.The patients in treatment group are exposed under the TDP in addition to the acupoint sticking therapy of Piwei Peiyuan prescription. Meanwhile, domperidone tablets are taken internally by the patients in control group 1. Finally, the patients in control group 2 are only exposed under the TDP. Each group was treated for twenty eight days.Evaluating from the main clinical symptoms、syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and FDQOL scale in before and after treatment of each group and analysised of the changes of it.Results:Five patients were excluded for various reasons and suspension in the end of treatment. So a total of eighty five patients completed the treatment and enter the final statistical analysis.(1)Comparison of the main clinical symptoms severity and seizure frequency integralAfter the treatment, the improvment is poor that the integral of the severity and frequency of upper abdominal burning sensation of the patients in treatment group.Meanwhile, the rest of the index improvement is more obviously and the difference of it was statistically significant(P<0.05 vs P<0.01).There was an obvious improvement than before treatment that the main clinical symptoms severity and seizure frequency of the patients in control group 1,and the difference of it was statistically significant(P<0.05),in addition to abdominal pain frequency. Compared with those before treatment improved slightly in upper abdominal pain severity only of the patients in control group 2.The rest of the clinical observation indexes had no obvious improvement.(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome integralAfter the treatment, comparison of the rest of the syndrome, significant improvement of the patients in treatment group, in addition to the tongue and the tongue slightly improved external.There is significant difference(P<0.01).There are different degrees of improvement in the epigastric pain, epigastric fullness, poor appetite and spit water, Shenpi burnout(P<0.05 vs P<0.01).The rest of the syndrome is slightly better, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was an obvious improvement in terms of gastral cavity pain and love worm and the rest of the syndrome has improved slightly.(3)Comparison of the Integral of The FDQOL scaleAfter the treatment, there are different degrees of improvement in the scale index of the patients in treatment group. The performance is more obvious in the daily life,diet, discomfort and total integral especially.There are Different degrees of improvement of the rest of the index of the patients in control group 1, except of the improvment are poor in aspects of sleep(P>0.05).There was not improvement compared with before treatment of the patients in control group 2 in every field of the scale obviously(P>0.05).Conclusions:The clinical study showed that it can obviously improve the main clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes in patients with spleen-stomach weak-cold FD by acupoint external application of Piwei Peiyuan prescription.And it can improve the life quality of the patients. More reliable in the treatment of FD and it is worth popularization.
