Excavation Of Professor Li Yanyi's Law Of Treating Migraine Based On TCM Inheritance Support System

Objective: To summarize Professor Li Yanyi's academic thinking and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of migraine.Methods:1.Through the study with the teacher,search the database,collect and organize Professor Li Yanyi's relevant literature on the treatment of migraine,theoretically elaborate the instructor's understanding and treatment of the pathogenesis of migraine,and enumerate the typical medical records.2.The first prescription for migraine diagnosis and treatment of Li Yanyi's famous Chinese medicine studio in Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM was collected.After inclusion and exclusion criteria screening,it was recorded in the“TCM Supporting Platform(V2.5)”for data mining and in-depth analysis of clinical drug use rules.The system summarizes Professor Li Yanyi's clinical experience in treating migraine.Results:1.Professor Li Yanyi believes that the theoretical research on the pathogenesis of migraine can be summarized as no where,but not painful.The main points of syndrome differentiation are wind,deficiency,and phlegm.The treatment experience can be summarized as “blood-blooding and nourishing blood,phlegm and pain relief”.2.Professor Li Yanyi's 152 prescription data for migraine treatment were excavated.The frequency analysis showed that 140 Chinese medicines were recorded.The commonly used drugs were: Chuanxiong,Angelica,Bupleurum,Shijieming,silkworm,white peony,white peony,Shouwu vine.live,scutellaria,asarum,vine,gastrodia,wind.The drug is the most pungent and sweet,and the liver is mainly based on liver.Analysis of association rules yielded commonly used drugs: Chuanxiong-Angelica,Chuanxiong-Bupleurum,Angelica-Bupleurum,Chuanxiong-silkworm,white peony-Asarum.Improved mutual information analysis showed that drugs with higher correlation coefficient: wind-white peony,scorpion-sericulture,peppermint-Bupleurum,gastrodia-elata,Pinellia ternata-Huangqi.complex entropy clustering The algorithm yields 14 core combinations,and the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm yields 7 new prescriptions.Conclusions:1.Professor Li Yanyi's academic thinking on treating migraine is clear and her clinical experience is rich.2.Data mining through the "TCM Supporting Platform(V2.5)" scientifically confirmed that Professor Li Yanyi has a certain regularity in the treatment of migraine.Professor Li Yanyi's commonly used drugs for treating migraine,the classics,the four gas,the five flavors,and the common drug pairs and core combinations are consistent with her views on the pathogenesis of migraine and wind dysfunction,liver blood deficiency,and blood stasis.
