Objective: To systematically summarize the clinical experience of Professor Li Yanyi in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple neuropathy and inherit academic thoughts.Method:1.By documenting Professor Li Yanyi's Daily knowledge,this paper expounds in theory the understanding,rule and treatment of the etiology and pathogenesis of multiple neuropathy by Professor Li Yanyi,and the typical cases.2.Through the collection and collation of outpatient prescriptions for the treatment of multiple neuropathy by Professor Li Yanyi the use of "TCM Inheritance Assistance System(V2.5)" intermediate frequency statistics,improved mutual information methods,entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm for data mining,analysis of Professor Li Yanyi treatment of multiple neuropathy drug taste,attribution,group characteristics.Results:1.Professor Li Yanyi that the basic pathogenesis of multiple neuropathy is QI deficiency,blood stasis and veins,and the academic thought of treating the disease can be summed up as "Yiqi and activating blood,and the circulation of stasis".2.Through frequency statistical analysis,it is concluded that Professor Li Yanyi common drugs for the treatment of multiple neuropathy are Angelica,Chuanxiong,Paeoniae,Astragalus,Guizhi,licorice,chicken blood vine,silkworm,poria,peach kernel.Analysis of the drug of Traditional Chinese medicine,the drug is mainly temperature,taste to Gan,the main liver sutra.Through the association rule algorithm,the high frequency drug pairs were analyzed for Angelica-Chuanxiong,Angelica-Paeoniae,Chuanxiong-Astragalus,Astragalus-Guizhi-Paeoniae,ChuanxiongGuizhi,Paeoniae-Guizhi,angelica-Chicken Blood vine,Astragalus-Angelica,paeoniae-Licorice,chuanxiong-licorice;Through the complex entropy clustering algorithm,14 core combinations are analyzed.7 new prescriptions are obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.Conclusion:1.Professor Li Yanyi the diagnosis and treatment of multiple neuropathy under the guidance of Qi and blood theory and the theory of complexing disease,with unique ideas,rich experience and distinct academic ideas.2.Through the corresponding data analysis and mining methods in the "TCM Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5)",it is proved that Professor Li Yanyi treatment of multiple neuropathy drugs,the group has a certain regularity,and Professor Li Yanyi on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease in line with the understanding,treatment and treatment of the law.3.Data mining analysis method has important value in the experience inheritance of famous Chinese medicine,and it is worth popularizing.
