The Study On Clinical Data Mining And Clinical Observation Of Migraine With Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang Treated By Zhang Yuanxing Professor

Objective:Analyzes the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Yuanxing using traditional Chinese medicine:in the treatment of migraine by using Software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system(TCMICC)(v2.5).On this basis,excavate the core prescription for the treatment of migraine.Estimate the clinical efficacy and safety of migraine core formula through clinical research,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment of migraine.Methods:1.Data mining:Collect and sort out 206 migraine cases of Professor Zhang from 2017 to 2019,then standardize and excavate these cases.2.Clinical trial:According to the principle of randomization,the migraine patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the study group(30cases)and the control group(30 cases),study group and control group therapy for 2 weeks and follow-up for 10 weeks.The study group was given core prescription of migraine,twice a day,one box at a time;The control group was given the Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,10mg per night.Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the optimized core formula by comparing the headache score,headache degree(VAS),TCM syndrome score,recurrence rate and clinical efficiency before and after treatment.Result:1.Professor Zhang's concept of migraine treatment and analysis of drug characteristies:The tutor thought that although the location of headache was in the head,it was closely related to the three organs of liver,spleen and kidney,and most related to the function of liver.The basic principle of clinical treatment is the combination of disease and syndrome and the treatment of both specimen and disease.It starts from the liver and pays attention to the application of drugs for Wind Diseases and insect medicine.2.Clinical research results:(1).Compared with before treatment,headache score,headache degree(VAS)and TCM syndrome score in both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,headache score,headache degree(VAS)and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).(2).The total effective rate in the study group(cured+markedly effective+effective)was 86.6%;the total effective rate in the control group(cured+markedly effective+effective)was 63.33%,there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(3).The recurrence rate of migraine was 7.69%in the study group and 31.5%in the control group,there is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of data mining were analyzed to extract and summarize the mentor's clinical experience in treating migraine.The tutor's clinical diagnosis and treatment is based on TCM syndrome differentiation treatment,effectively combines modem medical diagnosis and treatment thinking,and integrates disease differentiation and treatment with dialectical treatment from the whole point of view.The tutor treats migraine from the liver,pays attention to the use of drugs for Wind Diseases and insect drugs,and takes both medication samples into account.The results of clinical study showed that this prescription had significant short-tern and long-term effects in the treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver-yang,which could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
