Summarize Professor Zhao Jianjun's Clinical Experience In Treating Migraine Based On Data Mining System

Objective: Based on data mining technology,using the software of "Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary platform(V2.5)",the medical record information of Professor Zhao Jianjun in treating migraine patients was analyzed,and his clinical experience in treating migraine was summarizedMethods: Using data mining system,using unsupervised data mining methods such as association rule apriori algorithm,clustering analysis and complex system entropy clustering,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the medical records of migraine patients diagnosed and treated in the outpatient clinic of Jilin Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to December 2019,summarizes the incidence characteristics,medication and prescription rules of migraine,and collates Professor Zhao Jianjun's clinical experience in the treatment of migraine.Results: The main syndrome types are: phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome,liver yang hyperactivity syndrome,liver depression fire syndrome,liver yang wind syndrome,liver fire syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,liver qi stagnation syndrome,wind phlegm syndrome,heart fire disturbance syndrome;commonly used drugs are: Gastrodia elata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Buffalo horn,Corydalis yanhusuo,scorpion,Bombyx mori,Angelica dahurica,Asarum and other drugs.The main drugs are cold,mild pungent and bitter medicine,followed by heart meridian medicine and spleen meridian medicine.Nine core combinations of four medicines were obtained and a new prescription was extracted on the basis of them: gardenia,Asarum,Radix Astragali,Angelica dahurica,Bupleurum,Gastrodia,Scorpion,turmeric.Conclusion: The prevalence rate of women is significantly higher than that of men,and the age is mainly between the age of 41 mi and 70 years old,accountingfor 62.62% of the total population;the main disease location of migraine patients is in the liver,and the pathogens are mainly wind,fire,phlegm and blood stasis."phlegm" and "blood stasis" are the main pathological products;the main clinical drugs are Gastrodia elata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Buffalo horn,Corydalis yanhusuo,scorpion,Bombyx mori,Angelica dahurica,Asarum and other drugs.The drugs of bitter cold and pungent temperature were mainly used,and the drugs of entering the liver channel were the most,followed by the drugs of heart channel and spleen channel,and the most frequent drug pairs were Angelica dahurica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba.At the same time,nine core combinations and one new prescription were obtained by using the methods of correlation analysis,cluster analysis and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.
