Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Follicular Maldevelopment In Senior Infertile Women With Bushen Huayu Therapy

Objective:This study aimed to observe the clinic effectiveness of Bushen Huayu therapy in the treatment of infertility due to follicular maldevelopment in Senior infertile women,to investigate the pathogenesis and characteristics of follicular dysplasia,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the Bushen Zhongyu Decoction,explore its mechanism of action and evaluate the clinical effect.Method:The research collected 60 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type FM patients,they were divided into treatment group?Bushen Huayu therapy,Bushen Zhongyu Decoction combined with Letrozole?and control group?Letrozole?.The patients in the treatment group were taking Bushen Zhongyu Decoction and Letrozole after menstruation.Patients in the control group were taking Letrozole after 5 days of the menstruation.After 6month,both groups were compared in several parameters,namely the treatment efficacy,the symptoms score,the dominant follicular diameter and the endometrial thickness on Ovulation day,the pregnancy rate.Result:1.There were no significant differences between two groups in age distribution,years of infertility,infertility type,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone levels,the dominant follicular diameter and the endometrial thickness on Ovulation day?P>0.05?.2.Comparison of the overall efficacy after treatment between the two groups:the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93.3%and 78.57%,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.It indicates that Bushen Zhongyu Decoction combined with letrozole has a more obvious effect on follicular dysplasia.3.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,which indicated that the treatment group had more significant effect in improving TCM syndromes and individual TCM symptom scores.4.After treatment,the diameter of the dominant follicle on ovulation day increased in both the treatment group and the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,which indicated that the treatment group had better effect in increasing the diameter of the dominant follicular on ovulation day and improving the quality of the follicle.5.After treatment,endometrial thickness increased in both the treatment group and the control group during ovulation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,which indicated that the treatment group could significantly promote the growth and development of endometrium.6.After treatment,the level of estradiol?E₂?in both groups increased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,which indicated that the treatment group had better effect in improving the level of estradiol?E₂?level and improving the quality of follicles.There were no significant changes in FSH and LH before and after the treatment?P<0.05?.7.After treatment,the pregnancy rate of the two groups increased,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,which indicated that the treatment group had more significant effect in improving the clinical pregnancy rate.Conclusion:Bushen Huayu therapy of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type FM significant effect.It is superior to the western medicine group in increasing the dominant follicular diameter,increasing the endometrial thicknesses on Ovulation day,promoting the follicular growth and development,improving the endometrial receptivity,improving the E₂level,improving the clinical symptoms and the increasing pregnancy rate.It is no obvious adverse reactions,safe and reliable.
