Purpose:Observe the clinical efficacy of combining Hechedazao capsule with Guijiaodihuang soup in order to treat follicular maldevelopment.Discuss the function and advantages of Chinese medicine, Improve Chinese medicine treatment program for follicular maldevelopment.Methods:1.60patients with follicular maldevelopment infertility patients randomly divided into three groups,2.respectively use hechedazao capsule, guijiaodihuang soup, hechedazao capsule combined with guijiaodihuang soup, to conduct three six intervention of the menstrual cycle. Compare inside and between each group before, through and after the treatment, the factors to compare are, the average maximum diameter of follicles and endometrial thickness advantage from the day of ovulation, menstrual cycle days, aspects of sex hormones, and the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement in the situation of women and other observations to improve endocrine drugs and promoting follicular development function.Results:hechedazao capsules, guijiaodihuang soup have total effective rate of73.3%when treating FM infertility patients with kidney, the pregnancy rate was23.3%. There are significant changes after treatment ie, menstruation, endometrial thickness, follicle size, serum estrogen indicators before treatment with significant differences (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the combined group was superior medicines.
