| Purpose:In recent years,with the change of the environment and the increasing social pressure,the rate of infertility is rising.It has become urgent to solve the problem of reproductive medicine.Clinical study of the number of FMS is gradually increasing,but current treatment methods of the disease is still not clear. Therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of follicular dysplasia infertility has a fundamental significance.Through clinical research, observing Guishao Dihuang Decoction on infertility patients due to follicular maldevelopment with follicular development,ovulation and effects on the reproductive axis.Exploring the predominance of the effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,improvement on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods:for 40 cases of follicular dysplasia infertility patients which were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group,western medicine group (CC) and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group (Guishao Dihuang Decoction Combined with CC), One treatment Period is three menstrual cyeles. Through the observation of patients before and after treatment between the two groups in the improvement of clinical symptoms, basal body temperature,ovulation,the maximum average diameter of follicles and endometrial thickness,ovulation and early follicular stage hormone levels (FSH, LH, E2), and luteal hormone levels (E, P) changes and ovulation rate and the outcome of pregnancy,evaluation of Guishao Dihuang Decoction on the clinical curative effect of FMS.Results:Although all clinical efficacy were 90% in the experimental group and the control group, but the experimental group cure rate was 60%,and the pregnancy rate was 30%, significantly higher than the control group.Two groups can improve follicular growth and mature follicular diameter (P<0.05),but the experimental group increased more significantly. Experimental group can significantly increased endometrial thickness (P<0.05), the control group can not(P>0.05), the two groups have significant difference. In experimental group could significantly reduced TCM syndrome integral of patients and improve the basic E2 level and promote ovarian function.Conelusion:Guishao Dihuang Decoction can effectively promote the follicular development,effectively increase the diameter of the ovulatory follical,endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate,improve the quality of oocyte,improve the symptoms of patients,compared to the western medicine group in treating follicular maldevelopment infertility,improving the follicular diameter difference is not obvious,but in promoting endometrial thickness,improving symptoms, increasing pregnancy rate,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined group has more advantages. |
