Objective:Investigating the prevalence and analyzing the related influencing factors of hyperuricemia in Shenyang,so as to provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods:Using retrospective analysis method,we selected a total of 31843 people who took physical examination in our hospital between January 2017 and December 2017 as the research objects, excluding incomplete data. The height, body weight, body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured, venous blood was collected to detect blood routine, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum creatinine(Scr)and blood uric acid(SUA).WPS software was used for data processing and SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis. Results:In this study, the detection rate of hyperuricemia was 17.65%,which was significantly higher in males than in females(males 27.34%,females 6.94%),and showed different changing tendency with the increase of age.The majority of male HUA was young people, while the middle-aged and elderly of women. At the same age and sex,the HUA group had higher BMI,blood pressure, blood lipids,FBG,Scr,WBC,PLT,NLR levels than that of the normal uric acid group.Logistic regression showed that overweight/obesity,hypertension,high TG,high TC,high LDL-C and elevated blood glucose were independent risk factors for HUA,while high HDL-C was a protective factor for HUA.Conclusions:Young males and middle-aged and elderly females were at high risk of HUA.BMI,blood pressure, blood lipids,FBG,Scr and related inflammatory indicators of HUA group are significantly higher than that of the normal uric acid group.Overweight/obesity,hypertension,abnormal lipid metabolism, elevated blood FBG and Scr were important influencing factors for HUA.
