ObjectiveBy investigating the relationship between daily behavior and HUA,the influencing factors of HUA were deeply explored, and the correlation between SUA and serological indexes of the physical examination population was analyzed,so as to provide reference for management and behavioral and lifestyle intervention of the high-risk population of HUA.MethodsCluster and random sampling methods were adopted to select the whole population of physical examination in the Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jin Zhou Medical University from March to September2019 as the research object.Questionnaires were randomly distributed to them. After informed consent, questionnaires were conducted for them and physical examination data were collected.A total of 1000 questionnaires were sent out and 895 were effectively received with an effective recovery rate of 89.50%.The questionnaire included general demographic information, daily behavior habits and other health-related behaviors.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for general statistical analysis of the survey data.Chi-square test and pairwise comparison of counting data were used,Student t-tests was used for measurement data,Pearson linear correlation or Spearman rank correlation was used for correlation analysis, and Logistic regression analysis was used for related risk factors.P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results1.The detection rate of HUA was 23.13% in physical examination population in Jin Zhou. The results showed that gender, education level, smoking, alcohol consumption, daily tea consumption, daily water intake, daily intake of dairy and dairy products,high-salt diet, daily physical exercise status all affected the detection rate of HUA.The results of serological analysis showed that the detection rate of HUA was also affected by WBC,RBC,Hb,ALT,AST,Cre,SP,DP,TG,HDL-C and BMI.2.The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that Drinking alcohol,TG levels, higher BMI and higher Cre are the risk factors for HUA,and drinking more water is the protective factor for HUA.3.Correlation analysis results show that the SUA and DP and SP,BMI,Bun,Cre,TG,TC,LDL-C,AST,ALT,WBC,RBC and Hb is positive correlation, negative correlation with HDL-C and PLT.4.HUA was positively associated with smoking, alcohol consumption, tea drinking, seafood intake, and high-salt diets, and negatively associated with dairy intake.Conclusions1.The detection rate of HUA in Jin Zhou was 23.13%.2.Drinking alcohol,TG levels, higher BMI and higher Cre are the risk factors for HUA,and drinking more water is the protective factor for HUA.3.SUA was positively correlated with DP,SP,BMI,Cre,Bun,TG,TC,LDL-C,AST,ALT,WBC,RBC and Hb,but negatively correlated with HDL-C and PLT.4.HUA was positively associated with smoking, alcohol consumption, tea drinking, seafood intake, and high-salt diets, and negatively associated with dairy intake.
