Objective: By exploring the influencing factors of hyperuricemia(HUA),diet and exercise therapy in Shenyang,we are aiming to find a theoretical basis for the further prevention and treatment of HUA.Methods: 1.Using a cross-sectional study,we selected 22,423 medical personnel with complete data from January 2018 to June 2018.And collected and analyzed the demographic data(age, gender)and physical examination data(height, weight, blood pressure),Body mass index)and biochemical indicators(serum uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen,etc.).2.Randomly selected 63 people from the group into the intervention cohort. The patients were treated for 6 months on diet and exercise. The weekly diet and exercise were recorded, and the blood uric acid test was performed every two months.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical data analysis. Results: 1.The prevalence of HUA in the physical examination population was 19.24%,and the prevalence of men(27.51%)was significantly higher than that of women(10.16%).In men,the prevalence of HUA decreases with age, while in women, the prevalence of HUA increases significantly only after 56 years of age.Between HUA group and non-HUA group, body mass index(BMI),hypertension, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(I-BIL),and urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),white blood cell count(WBC)HUA The differences were statistically significant.Unconditional Logistic regression showed that obesity,hypertension,(ALT,I-Bil,BUN,Scr,WBC)were high, dyslipidemia(high TC,high TG,low HDL-C)Is a risk factor for HUA(P ? 0.05).2.After six months of diet and exercise therapy, the patient’s SUA level was significantly lower than the baseline level(P ? 0.001),and showed a trend of first decline and then rise by using the method of self-contrast to compare. Conclusion: 1.Young men and middle-aged women are at high risk for HUA.Obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, abnormal liver and kidney function, and high white blood cell counts are risk factors for HUA.2.For HUA risk factors, effective prevention and treatment can be carried out from healthy diet and exercise.
