Study On Patient Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Community Health Services In Qingdao Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of the evaluation of the patients receiving service in the community health service institutions under the basic drug system,the Regional Medical Association model and the two-way referral policy in Qingdao,and to find out the influencing factors and find the current community.Find the potential problems and defects of the health service institutions,provide effective advice and reference for the relevant health departments to formulate policies,so as to improve the service capacity of community health service institutions,give full play to their basic functions,and provide better guarantee for the health of the residents in the area.Methods Through the literature search,the paper retrieves the related documents in the database of Wanfang,VIP,China and China and studies the relevant policies of the urban medical and health service system in the new medical reform,so as to prepare for the research.On the basis of reading and sorting out a large number of relevant research documents,and considering the facts of the survey sites,the questionnaire designed by the research institute is designed.The questionnaire adopted the five grade scoring method,and the questionnaires were issued to the patients who had received community health services by the random sampling method.The questionnaires were fully understood in all aspects of community health services.A total of 500 questionnaires were issued and466 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 93.2%.Data processing was done with SPSS17.0 software,and statistical description and analysis were carried out through three line tables,chi square test and Logistic regression model.Results Through investigation and research,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)In 2017,the status of community health service in Qingdao was generally satisfactory.Most of the indicators were in the leading level in the province.The infrastructure of the community health service institutions was constantly improved and the service level was continuously improved.The patients' utilization and attention to community health services also showed a good development trend,and the community health service was given to the community health service.The degree of satisfaction ishigh.(2)From the results of the survey,426(91.5%)of the respondents expressed satisfaction with the service provided by the community health institutions,and 63(13.6%)patients were general and 40(8.5%)were unsatisfactory.On specific items,the percentage of satisfaction(including very satisfactory,satisfactory,general)from high to low ranking in the top six were service attitude(96.4%),medical service(96%),health education(95.1%),medical environment(95%),medical treatment process(94.8),medical distance(94.3%),which made the patient more satisfied.There are institutional human resources allocation,patient privacy protection,disease elaboration and drug notification.The percentage of satisfaction in the final six were drug price(61.3%),medical equipment and completeness(67.50%),diagnosis and treatment costs(79.90%),basic drug types(86.90%),nurses' technical level(88.80%),and the technical level of general practitioners(89.20%).(3)Through Chi square tests,it is found that there are statistical differences in the evaluation of community health service satisfaction(P < 0.05)due to the differences in the basic situation of the individuals surveyed,mainly in the monthly economic income,the insured situation,the walking time,the self payment of the household income ratio and the recognition of the new medical reform policy.In the case.In addition,there were statistically significant differences in the 25 satisfaction evaluation items(P < 0.05).Through multi factor Logistic regression analysis,it was found that drug price,cost of diagnosis and treatment,medical facilities' completeness,medical staff technical level,service attitude,health education and medical time were the main factors.Conclusion In the environment of the new medical reform,the patients in Qingdao community are satisfied with the community health service,but there are still relatively weak links in the service of the community health institutions in Qingdao.Therefore,the government departments and community health institutions need to work together,people oriented,in order to promote the stable and sustainable development of community health service institutions in Qingdao,and to provide basic medical services and security for the grass-roots people.
