Job Satisfaction, Residents' Satisfaction With The Development Of Community Health Services,

As a kind of'effective, economical, convenient, comprehensive and continuous' primary health care service, Community health service is playing an important role at solving the problem of medical services being unaffordable and inadequate,as well as guiding people rationalize the medical care behavior. Meanwhile, its development plays such a positive impact on the optimal allocation of health resources. At present, the community health service agencies are responsible for the reform tasks such as the changes of operation mechanism, the shift of compensation mechanism and so on. Community health service staff and community residents as providers and users of community health service, so their satisfaction can be considered as the dual test of the reform and development effects. Therefore, the research on the employee satisfaction and the residents'satisfaction are quite significant.This article is based on the surveys and assessment of the development level, the center employee satisfaction and resident satisfaction of the community health service centers, which local in Changning District, Shanghai. On this basis, do the research of employee satisfaction, resident satisfaction and the development of community health service:Link the staff satisfaction to the residents' satisfaction, at the same time, link the satisfaction research to the development of community health service.Through this study, we find that the employee satisfaction is related to the factors such as income, working condition, the fairness of income distribution, the development of abilities, the degree of being recognized and so on. The residents' satisfaction is related to the factors such as the income, the awareness of the community health service and loyalty of the community health service center.We also find that the residents'satisfaction is not significantly associated with the employee satisfaction and the development of community health service. At the other hand, the employee satisfaction is associated with the development of community health service. Furthermore, we construct the relevant regression equation in order to explain the linear relationship between them.This article is based on the previous satisfaction study of the community health service. It extends the objects of study from the residents to the center staff, and linkes them at the same time, elaborates the relevant findings from the perspective of development of community health service.
