Clinical Observation On Treatmen Of Functional Constipation Of Qi Deficiency By Yiqitongbian Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqitongbian decoction in the treatment of functional constipation of qi deficiency with a randomized controlled design,and to explore an optimal treatment for this disease to guide the clinical.Methods: Sixty patients with functional constipation of qi deficiency were selected and divided into two groups according to the randomized principle: the experimental group(Yiqitongbian decoction)and the control group(mosapride citrate tablets).The efficacy indicators after 4 weeks of medication included degree of difficulty in defecation,defecation time,sensation of rectal tenesmus,frequency of bowel movement,degree of abdominal distension and quality of life of patients with constipation.Comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy.All data collected by the case were processed and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software and compared.RESULTS: A total of 60 Patients were statistically analyzed.Among them,30 patients in the observation group received Yiqitongbian decoction,and 30 patients in the control group received mosapride citrate tablets.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group improved the function of qi deficiency.The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of constipation patients was significantly better than that of the control group;the two groups of patients had five symptom scores of "degree of difficulty in defecation","defecation time","sensation of rectal tenesmus","frequency of bowel movement" and "degree of abdominal distension".Before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both Yiqitongbian decoction and mosapride citrate tablets can improve the symptoms of patients with qi deficiency functional constipation;after treatment in two groups of patients In the pairwise comparison of single points,“degree of difficulty in defecation”,“defecation time” and “sensation of rectal tenesmus” all had P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the observation group was improving “degree of difficulty in defecation”,“defecation time” and “sensation of rectal tenesmus” was significantly better than that of the control group;both "frequency of bowel movement" and "degree of abdominal distension" symptoms were both P>0.05,indicating that the observation group and the control group were improving the "frequency" and " bloating symptoms,the effect is equivalent;PAC-QOL,by comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment PAC-QOL scores,the results showed that taking Yiqitongbian decoction observation group and taking mosapride citrate tablets The PAC-QOL scores of the control group were not statistically different before treatment,and the balance was comparable(P>0.05).The PAC-QOL scores of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant,that is,the results showed that after treatment there was a significant difference in the quality of life between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that Yiqitongbian decoction is more clinically effective than mosapride citrate tablets in improving the quality of life of patients.At the same time,the patients in the observation group taking Yiqitongbian and the control group taking mosapride citrate tablets did not show any adverse reactions and side effects during the whole treatment,indicating the clinical medication of the observation group and the control group.All are safe and reliable.In conclusion: 1.Yiqitongbian decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of qi deficiency type functional constipation;2.Yiqitongbian decoction is better than mosapride citrate tablets in improving the symptoms of“degree of difficulty in defecation”,“defecation time” and “sensation of rectal tenesmus”;3.Yiqitongbian decoction has a significant clinical effect in improving the quality of life of patients with constipation;...
