Self-made Tongbian Decoction For The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Type Functional Constipation

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of self-made Tong Tong Tang in treating functional constipation of Qi deficiency.Material and method:Selected in January 2016 in December 2016 in the Shenyang Military Region General Hospital clinic in 60 patients,all patients after clinical diagnosis,are clearly diagnosed as functional constipation,chinese medicine syndrome type is Qi type.60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases,there was no significant difference in age,sex and disease between the two groups(P> 0.05).The treatment group was given self-made Qi Tong Tang treatment,100 ml / time,2 times / day;the control group was given lactulose oral solution,15 ml / time,3 times / day.Continuous treatment around the two groups of patients after the end of the improvement of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the recurrence of withdrawal.Results: There were no significant differences in the main clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation after treatment(P> 0.05);in the improvement of secondary symptoms of functional constipation patients,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05);the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 50.00% in the control group,and the difference was significant(P <0.01).the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05,P <0.01).Conclusion:Self-made Tong Tang Decoction in patients with functional constipation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the effect is significant,and the short-term recurrence rate is low.
