A Curative Effect Observation Of Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction In Treating The Swelling And Pain After Manual Reducation The Middle Fracture Of Radius And Ulna In Children

Objective:This paper explored the clinical value of Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction through observation the curative effect of Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction in treating the swelling and pain after reducation the middle fracture of radius and ulna in children,provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods:A total of 60 child patients with the middle fracture of radius and ulna who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Orthopedics Department of Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group,and there are 30 children in each group.The child patients in control group were treated with manual reposition,fixation with splintage and triangular scarf,cryotherapy and functional training.On the basis of the control group,the another group was given daily oral Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction.We measured the circumference of the affected forearm with a tape on the moment after manual reposition and in the morning of 3^rd,5^th,7^th days,and took a score of CHEOPS.Also recorded the time of the appearance of dermatoglyph on the affected limb,and count the total effective rate in 7^th day.Then we made analysis of these data.Results:1.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,while that of the control group is 80%.2.The circumference of the affected forearm of 1^st,3^rd,5^th,7^th in the control group were 19.33±1.43cm,20.59±1.31cm,19.21±1.33cm,18.24±1.51cm,respectively,and those in the experimental group are 19.04±1.22cm,19.87±1.21cm,18.45±1.42cm,17.62±1.43cm,respectively.The circumference of the affected forearm are both increased in the first 3 days,but the increment in the experimental group was less than the another group?P<0.05?;The swelling of the affected forearm was relieving faster in the experimental group after 3^rd day?P<0.05?;3.The average time of the appearance of dermatoglyph on the affected limb in the experimental group was 5.47 days,compared with6.17 days in the control group,earlier then the control group?P<0.05?;4.The score of CHEOPS of 1^st,3^rd,5^th,7^th in the control group were 12.00±0.74?10.53±0.97,8.53±0.97,6.13±0.97,respectively,and those in the experimental group are 12.13±0.78,9.57±0.97,7.40±0.93?4.70±0.65,respectively.The child patients had significant relief of pain in the experimental group,compared with the score of CHEOPS?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction can reduce the swelling and pain after reducation the middle fracture of radius and ulna in children.
