The Clinical Study Of Swelling And Pain Caused By Fracture Of Radius And Ulna Using The Theropy Of Detumescence Pain-relieving Yarn

[Abstract] To explore the therapeutic effect of treatment with Detumescence pain-relieving yarn in the fracture of radius and ulna was better than other similar drugs, Through the treatment of early fracture of radius and ulna by the Detumescence pain-relieving yarn and Sodium Aescinate. Method:The300patients were disparted into two groups at random.Detumescence pain-relieving yarn was used in the treatment group.And the comparison group were treated by raising the injured limb and cold application. In the process of treatment,swelling and pain were observed respectively after injury of the first day、the third day and the sixth day. Results:All cases were followed up for the first day to the sixth day.To dispute the two groups in the swelling and pain.The difference was obvious signifcant(p<0.01). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of treatment with Detumescence pain-relieving yarn in the fracture of radius and ulna is satisfactory and should be extended in clinical.
