| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Xinshang Xuduan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapsing in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures,and to provide a more effective,economical and safe conservative treatment plan for the clinical treatment of elderly distal radius fractures.Methods: Elderly patients with distal radius fractures were enrolled in the study from January 2020 to October 2021 in the Department of Orthopedics,Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The 60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2groups.The control group was treated with conventional manual reduction and splint fixation combined with specific electromagnetic wave irradiation therapy.The treatment group was treated with Xinshang Xuduan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapsing therapy on the basis of conventional manipulative reduction and splint fixation.The basic data of the patients were collected,and the clinical symptoms(pain,swelling),fracture healing,wrist joint function and safety finger of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results: 1.Statistical analysis was performed on the basic data of the treatment group and the control group,such as age,gender,and side of the affected limb,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable;the VAS score of the treatment group and the control group before treatment was compared.wrist swelling value,fracture healing score and wrist joint function evaluation,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the clinical observation indicators before treatment were comparable.2.Repeated measures an OVA was used for the treatment group and the control group,and the results showed that VAS score had statistically significant differences in intra-group,inter-group and interaction effects(P<0.05);Intra-group comparison: VAS scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend over time,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between groups: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups on the7 th and 14 th day after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups on day 3 and day 21 after treatment(P> 0.05).3.The intra-group,inter-group and interaction effects of wrist joint swelling before and after treatment were analyzed between the treatment group and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Intra-group comparison: There was statistically significant difference in the swelling value of each node between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between groups: there were statistically significant differences in wrist joint swelling values between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in wrist swelling between the two groups on the 21 st day after treatment(P>0.05).4.The fracture healing scores of the treatment group and the control group before treatment,the 3rd week and the 8th week after treatment were analyzed,and the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the fracture healing score in the 3rd week(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in fracture healing score at the 8th week after treatment(P>0.05).5.Statistical analysis was performed on the wrist joint function scores of the treatment group and the control group in the 8th week after treatment,and it was found that the wrist joint function of the treatment group was rated as excellent in 11 cases and good in 15 cases,with an excellent and good rate of 86.67%;in the control group,6 cases were excellent and 10 were good.For example,the excellent and good rate was53.33%;in the 8th week after treatment,the wrist joint function scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The Xinshang Xuduan decoction combined with the traditional Chinese medicine collapsing treatment plan can effectively solve the problems of wrist joint pain and soft tissue edema in the early and mid-term of elderly distal radius fractures.2.Xinshang Xuduan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapsing treatment program accelerates fracture healing of elderly distal radius fractures and functional recovery of wrist joints,and improves the early and mid-term quality of life of elderly patients with distal radius fractures.It is an effective,economical,and It is a safe and feasible treatment mode,which can be popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
