Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Prostrate Cervical Backward Traction on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Abnormal Physiological Curvature. Methods:The patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with abnormal Physiological curvature treated by this subject were all from the orthopedics department of Xiamen city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from January 1 to December 31 in 2018,and 60 patients were included in a randomized controlled trial, among which 30 patients in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. The experimental group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis for 20 minutes before prostrate cervical backward traction:prostrate cervical backward traction namely the patient lay on the back of the spinal traction instrument, the neck takes the posterior extension position, the Jaw-occipital belt is attached to the mandible and the occipital part, the traction force is applied to the neck in the posterior position, the upper trunk is removed from the bed surface, the traction time is 20 minutes, once a day.Rest 1 day after 6 days of treatment,24 times in 4 weeks. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis for 20 minutes, followed by Sitting traction for 20 minutes, once a day,6 days after treatment, and 24 times for 4 weeks. The age, sex, duration of disease, total scores of symptoms and signs, and the Bordens score were statistically analyzed. The age, gender, duration of disease, total scores of symptoms and signs, and the Bordens score were statistically analyzed. The total scores of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. The scores were scored after 4 weeks of treatment for the Bordens score. After treatment, the two groups of patients were evaluated and statistically analyzed according to the Nimodipine method. Finally, all data obtained from clinical trials were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:(1)57 patients completed the treatment of this subject for 4 weeks.3 patients(1 case in the experimental group and 2 cases in the control group)were not treated as excluded cases because they were not treated according to the requirements, and the results were not included in the statistical analysis.(2)There was no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease, total scores of symptoms and signs, and the Bordens score between the two groups, with statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)After 2 weeks of treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs of the two groups was improved(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the total score of symptoms and signs of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs and the cervical curvature value of Bordens score were significantly improved in the two groups respectively(P<0.05),and the total score of symptoms and signs in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement degree of cervical vertebra curvature by Bordens score was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate was 93.10% in the experimental group, and 82.14% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)During the study of this subject,no adverse events occurred in either group. Conclusion: The sitting traction and prostrate cervical backward traction can improve the clinical symptoms, signs and cervical curvature of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with abnormal physiological curvature, and the effect of prostrate cervical backward traction and the improvement of cervical curvature is better than that of the sitting traction, which has a good clinical application prospect.
