Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of scraping combined with cervical traction and oral celecoxib triple therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, the mechanism of triple therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was analyzed and discussed, which could provide referenceforcliniciansinthetreatmentofcervical radiculopathy.methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, there are 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who went to the orthopaedic clinic of Huayuanshan Hospital of Hubei Province for treatment from January 2017 to January 2018 met the research criteria.Among the 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,30 are in the treatment group and the others are in the control group. The control group was treated with cervical traction and oral celecoxib, while the treatment group was treated with scraping combined with cervical traction and oral celecoxib triple therapy. The NPQ scores and Tanaka Jingjiu Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale scores of patients before treatment and1,2,3 weeks after treatment were observed and recorded. All patients were followed up for 3 months after treatment, and the recurrence was recorded.Results:1.One week after treatment, the NPQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.704,P<0.05);two weeks after treatment, the NPQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.157,P<0.05);three weeks after treatment, the NPQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(t=-1.842,P>0.05).2.Comparing the scores of Tianzhong Jingjiu Cervical Spondylosis Scale after treatment, the score of observation group was higher than that of control group one week after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.543,P<0.05);the score of observation group was higher than that of control group two weeks after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.557,P<0.05);the score of observation group was higher than that of control group three weeks after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant.Meaning(t=1.842,P>0.05).3.After the treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 93.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(?~2=0.351,P>0.05).4.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.90%,and that of the control group was17.86%.The difference was statistically significant(?~2=4.626,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Triple therapy can effectively relieve neck pain and improve clinical symptoms in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.Triple therapy is more effective than cervical traction combined with oral celecoxib therapy in the early stage.3.There is no significant difference between triple therapy and cervical traction combined with oral celecoxib therapy after long-term treatment.4.Triple therapy can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy compared with cervical traction combined with oral celecoxib therapy.
