Objective: To observe the effect of Ba Duan Jin combined with traction therapy on the physiological curvature of cervical cervical spondylosis,aiming to provide an effective treatment for the clinical treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis.Method: From January 2017 to November 2018,he was admitted to the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Sport University.60 patients with cervical cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the ratio of 1:1.The professional professor Ba Duan Jin exercise,and then the sitting pillow and jaw belt traction treatment,the control group was treated with sitting pillow and jaw belt traction,the two groups were treated for 5 days for a total of 6 courses.Visual analogue scale(VAS score),cervical dysfunction index(NDI score)and cervical physiologic curvature,cervical spondylosis clinical evaluation scale(CASCS score)were used to evaluate patients before treatment,3 weeks after treatment,and 6 weeks after treatment.The clinical symptoms and signs of cervical cervical spondylosis were improved.The overall efficacy analysis was performed after the end of the experiment.The patients were followed up for 1 month to understand the recurrence of the disease.Finally,statistical analysis was performed.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: A total of 60 patients were included in the study,3 were shedding,and 57 were completed and followed up.The general data,pre-treatment VAS scores,NDI scores,cervical curvature and CASCS scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).VAS scores,NDI scores,cervical curvature and CASCS score were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups: the VAS score was lower in the 3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment than in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the VAS score of the test group was lower than that of the control group.Obviously,the NDI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment at 3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the NDI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The two groups of patients with X-ray upper cervical curvature group were statistically significant after 6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),but the experimental group improved the cervical curvature more obviously than the control group;The CASCS scores in the patients were increased at 3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment compared with those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but the CASCS score was more significant in the experimental group than in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after 6 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence of patients who underwent telephone follow-up 1 month after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusions: 1.The improvement of cervical curvature is consistent with the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs.2.Ba Duan Jin combined with traction therapy to stretch the muscles of the sputum,the disordered small joints can be restored,the muscle strength of the neck and the stability of the cervical vertebrae are increased,and the physiological curvature of the cervical vertebra is improved,thereby alleviating the patients with cervical spondylosis.Clinical signs and symptoms.3.Ba Duan Jin exercise is simple and can be used as one of the effective treatment methods for clinical cervical spondylosis.
