Clinical Observation Of Zaoshuaifang Combined With Fenmotong In The Treatment Of Early-onset Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose:This study observes the clinical efficacy of Zaoshuaifang combined with fenmethone in the treatment of early-onset ovarian insufficiency with kidney deficiency syndrome.Compared with fenmethone,TCM syndrome scores,serum sex hormone levels,AMH,and improvement were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Analyze the relevant data of Kupperman score,analyze the efficacy of the combined program,and provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of this disease.Material and method:Collected 64 patients who were diagnosed with POI of kidney deficiency syndrome from September 2018 to September 2020 at the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 4 cases fell off during the process.Finally,a total of 60 patients completed the treatment.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group.30 cases in observation group were treated with premature senility prescription combined with fenmetone,and 30 cases in control group were treated with fenmetone for 3consecutive menstrual cycles.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormone level,AMH,and modified Kupperman score data of the two groups.Through statistical analysis of the observation data,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:1.Total clinical efficacy: The total clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90% and 73.3%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The total scores and TCM syndromes of the observation group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05);the control group had no significant improvement except for dizziness and tinnitus(P>0.05).Significant improvement(P<0.05).In comparison between the groups,except for memory loss,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of waist and knee soreness,hot flashes and sweating,dizziness and tinnitus,insomnia,irritability,vaginal dryness,and total scores,The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels:After treatment,the FSH,LH and E2 of the two groups were improved compared with the previous(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of AMH level: There was no significant change in AMH level between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups failed to significantly affect the AMH level in a short period of time.5.Comparison of modified Kupperman scores: The modified Kupperman total scores and the scores of the main symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.The comparison between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups in terms of paresthesia(P>0.05).In all aspects of hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,mood swings,sexual life,urinary tract infection and total score,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of follow-up: 3 months after drug withdrawal,in terms of modified Kupperman total score and menstrual status,the score improvement results of the observation group during the follow-up period were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The tutor's self-prepared prescription Zaoshuai Recipe combined with fenmetone has a definite effect in treating early-onset ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency syndrome,which is manifested in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,serum sex hormones(FSH,LH,E2)and modified Kupperman scores.2.The teacher's self-prepared prescription premature aging decoction combined with fenmetone can improve the TCM syndrome score(waist and knee pain,hot flashes,sweating,dizziness,tinnitus,insomnia,dreaminess,irritability and Vaginal dryness),serum sex hormones(FSH,LH,E2),and modified Kupperman scores(hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,mood swings,sexual life,and urinary tract infections),compared with the western medicine fenmetone alone,the clinical effect is more significant.3.There were no obvious adverse reactions and drug side effects during the clinical research process and after the treatment of the combination of Zaoshuai prescription prepared by the instructor and fenmetone,and the effect was long-lasting during the follow-up period.It can be considered that this method is effective for the treatment of patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency due to kidney deficiency.It is safe,reliable and stable,with definite clinical efficacy,and is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
