Research On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder Based On Data Mining

Objective:To analyze the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine rules in periarthritis of shoulder,provides data support and reference basis for clinical prescription medication.Methods:Search relevant databases of literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.The clinical research articles on the prevention and treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by external use of traditional Chinese medicine were screened.Also,The clinical research articles on the prevention and treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by internal use of traditional Chinese medicine were screened.The frequency of use of different traditional Chinese medicines,efficacy,xing,wei,and meridian attribution were analyzed.Cluster analysis and association analysis were carried out for high frequency traditional Chinese medicines.Results:?135 Literatures were included,involving 139 prescriptions and 184 kinds of medicines.The most common property of Chinese medicines were pungent,bitter and warm.The most common meridian of Chinese medicines were liver meridian and spleen meridian.Cluster analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicines showed that high-frequency Chinese medicines could form three clustering formulas.Couplet medicines with higher confidence and association were monkshood and radix aconiti agrestis,lycopodium clavatum and carthamus tinctorious,libanus and myrrh.Through inductive analysis,the research found that all core medicines ars based on Haitongpi decoction and Juanbi decoction.The basic prescrition which was added or subtracted other elements becomes another new prescription.?245 Literatures were included,involving 256 prescriptions and 168 kinds of medicines.The most common property of chinese medicines were pungent,sweet and warm.The most common meridian of chinese medicines were liver meridian and spleen meridian.Cluster analysis of high-frequency chinese medicines showed that high-frequency chinese medicines could form five clustering formulas.Couplet medicines with higher confidence and association were Angelica sinensis and cassia twig,Angelica sinensis and liquorice,Angelica sinensis and astragalus mongholicus.Through inductive analysis,the research found that all core medicines ars based on Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction and Gegen decoction,the basic prescrition which was added or subtracted other elements becomes another new prescription.Research conclusion:Commonly used drugs for frozen shoulder are drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,rheumatism medicine,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,tonifying deficiency medicine.Medicine for oral,most of them are biased towards tonic drugs.Medicine for exterior use,most of them drugs for removing pathogenic factors.According to the the use of medcine,It can be seen that the common syndromes of periarthritis of shoulder are wind-cold dampness blocking type,stasis type and deficiency of qi and blood type.
