Design And Research Of Hospital Disinfection Service Robot

The hospital disinfection service robot is a kind of intelligent disinfection product,which can effectively reduce the infection rate and liberate manpower in the hospital.As a smart product,the intelligent functions and technologies of hospital disinfection service robots have been well developed.However,as an industrial equipment,the concept of “functional decision form” has long impressed the design trend of products,and its shape is generally rough and simple.In real life,with the abundance of material resources,people pay more and more attention to the spiritual aspects while meeting the needs of material culture.As a product in a special environment of a hospital,the hospital disinfection service robot needs to closely combine the emotional needs of its users with the products,so that the appearance of the robot fully meets the needs of users.This paper takes the hospital disinfection service robot as the research object,and uses the basic principles and methods of Kansei Engineering to explore the relationship between the user's emotional image and the hospital's disinfection service robot's shape design elements,in order to facilitate the user in the process of hospital disinfection service robot design.The perceptual needs are translated into specific morphological features.The main work of this paper is as follows:The service environment and main classification of the hospital disinfection service robot are introduced.The structure and working principle of the hydrogen peroxide disinfection service robot using chemical disinfection method are analyzed.Then the shape,material,color and future development trend are analyzed.For the direct users who contact and use the disinfection service robot for disinfection work and the indirect users who do not directly use but enjoy the safety and sanitation environment of the disinfection service robot,analyze and summarize the demand,and finally choose the use experience of the direct service object of the disinfection service robot.Focus on the spiritual aspect of the disinfection service robot.Based on Kansei engineering method and technology,the research process of medical disinfection service robot based on Kansei engineering is summarized.Firstly,the image space of medical disinfection service robot based on user's perceptual needs is constructed,and the user-described vocabulary describing the sensory image of medical disinfection service robot is widely collected.The sample picture is selected and the representative vocabulary and representative samples are selected.Secondly,the sensible measurement and analysis stage is carried out.The qualitative analysis of the medical disinfection service robot design is completed by constructing the semantic difference scale questionnaire,and the medical model is completed through the determination of the modeling features and design elements.Quantitative analysis of the design of the disinfection service robot;then the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are summarized,and the correlation between the sensory requirements of the medical disinfection service robot and the design elements is obtained,and finally applied to the design practice of the medical disinfection service robot,providing a reference and basis for related design in the future.
