Research On The Interactive Interface Design Of Hospital Self-service Terminal Based On The Factors Of The Elderly

China has entered a deep aging society,the proportion of the elderly population is increasing,and the problem of the elderly medical treatment is becoming increasingly prominent.With the rapid development of Internet plus medical care,the emergence of hospital self-help terminals has greatly alleviated the problem of "three long and short" in the process of medical treatment,plays an important role in optimizing hospital service flow,improving hospital environment and hospital work efficiency,shortening the time of patients seeking medical treatment.However,due to the usability of its operation interface,the hospital self-service terminal ignores the special needs of the elderly.Due to the changes of their physiology,psychology and behavior,the elderly often need more care when they go to the hospital.This paper studies the interactive interface of hospital self-service terminal suitable for the elderly from the perspective of Gerontology,combined with the interactive interface design theory and user mental model.Firstly,through literature review,this paper studies the current situation of hospital self-service terminal and the design of elderly interactive interface at home and abroad;Secondly,based on the analysis of user needs based on mental model,through the quantitative and qualitative research methods such as questionnaire survey and user interview,the user's mental information is collected,the user's portrait is established,and the user's demand mental model is constructed from the three aspects of functional demand,interactive demand and visual demand,which is used as the design basis for the interactive interface of elderly hospital self-service terminal.Thirdly,the influencing factors of the interactive interface of the elderly hospital self-service terminal are analyzed,and the design strategies and principles of the interactive interface are proposed;Finally,combined with the previous analysis results,the design practice of the interactive interface of the elderly hospital self-help terminal is carried out,including hardware modeling design and software interface design.The usability of the software interface is tested by using the user satisfaction questionnaire.The test results verify the usability and rationality of the interactive interface of the elderly hospital self-help terminal.This paper studies the interactive interface of hospital self-service terminal based on the gerontology theory,which not only effectively improves the utilization rate and satisfaction of the elderly to the hospital self-service terminal,but also provides theoretical basis for the design and research of other elderly interactive products.
