Driven by informatization,digitalization and industrialization of science and teclhnology,life science has developed greatly,and it has greatly promoted the rapid development of the medical and medical nursing equipment industry.The market demand of medical nursing industry is constantly expanding,and its use environment has been extended from the hospital to the family.Users' requirements on medical nursing equipment are also improved,forming higher emotional needs.However,in the design and development research of enterprise medical nursing equipment,it still only relies on the subjective and emotional judgment and spontaneous creativity of individual industrial designers to design,or over-emphasizing on the intervention of quantitative data research in the field of emotional cognition,so it is difficult to produce medical nursing equipment products to meet the needs of users.Based on the relevant theories and design evaluation methods of Kansei engineering,this paper constructs a model of medical nursing equipment modeling and color,perceptual design,and a comprehensive evaluation model of medical nursing equipment product design combining psychological and physiological evaluation indicators.It scientifically regulates the "user-centered" design goals and research and development processes of medical nursing equipment products,and hopes to promote the emotional design research of medical nursing equipment,promote the innovation and development of enterprise medical nursing equipment product development process,and improve the users' experience of using medical nursing equipment.Through the literature on the theory of Kansei engineering,the application of EEG research in the field of industrial design,the research status of medical nursing equipment,and the literature review and combing of the existing design methods and evaluation methods of medical nursing equipment.The status quo and evaluation methods of the design methods of medical nursing equipment are expounded.In the literature research,through the exploration of the research method of mixed Kansei engineering,the general process of the modeling and color perceptual design of medical nursing products is summarized.By means of questionnaire survey,cluster analysis and principal component analysis,a set of perceptual imagery and perceptual image space with more user needs are constructed.By analyzing the color of medical nursing equipment and deconstructing the product model,the mapping model between perceptual image and design elements is built to ensure the accurate grasp of the design direction of medical nursing equipment.Combining the characteristics and limitations of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods of users,the evaluation model of medical nursing equipment combining subjective and objective psychological evaluation is constructed,and the evaluation design was evaluated around the design examples.By using the experimental method of combining eye movement and EEG.the mathematical modeling and consistency test were carried out on the indicators of psychological subjective evaluation,eye movement test evaluation and EEG test evaluation.Finally,the comprehensive design evaluation model of medical nursing equipment was constructed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model were verified.By means of theoretical research,experimental research and case verification research,this paper systematically established a more targeted evaluation method for the comprehensive design of medical nursing equipment.The research results show that this method has the certain enlightening effect on the process specification and design innovation of medical nursing equipment design and development,and has practical promotion value and application value.
