In recent years,with the rise of cloud computing and mobile computing,the RESTful architecture style is favored by more and more architects and developers due to its scalability and simplicity.As a result,RESTful Web services gradually surpass SOAP as an SOA One of the important means.In order to meet the data sharing problem between hospital's multi-service systems,hospitals and hospitals,hospitals and patients,the HL7 standard has been developed to HL7 V3 and branch FHIR standards.The FHIR standard leverages the latest Web services technologies and Web standards,and the FHIR standard is based on RESTful best practices that enable cross-disciplinary medical system integration.The FHIR standard is a resource-based specification developed for logically decentralized health data chunks,allowing data to be conveniently and quickly invoked and passed through standard APIs.In this paper,the REST Web service hospital data exchange as the research object,to achieve the hospital data exchange standard selection,data exchange resources design,data exchange interface,exchange interface operation management sca lable distributed data exchange platform to achieve Hospital data exchange data integrity,timeliness,accuracy,relevance of the management and control.And access the data exchange platform in the new system or business upgrade system to gradually upgrade the hospital information system architecture.Papers from the introduction of technical theory,data exchange standard analysis,the system platform architecture design,data exchange interface implementation,platform operation and testing carried out a more detailed description.Finally,the patient registration module is selected to access the platform for operationalization,and the function and performance of the service are tracked.In this paper,we hope to build a hospital informatization platform system that can be implemented in a gradual,scalable and scalable manner.It uses FHIR protocol as the data standard,based on HTTP protocol,REST design style,JOSN data structure and OAuth authorization,,Functionally extendable distributed Web service system.The main research content is divided into four parts:1.Resource description and address design of hospital data in accordance with FHIR standards.2.Hospital RESTful Web Service interface design and JAVA implementation.3.Hospital RESTful Web Service platform design,including the registration center,API gateway,platform monitoring,security audit.4.RESTful Web Service platform deployment test.
