| Management ethics or management ethics is the theoretical result of the cross integration of management and ethics,and represent a new trend of modern management.Just as morality is the intrinsic attribute of modern medicine,management ethics is the essential requirement and important way of hospital management.Hospital management must pay attention to the construction of manament ethics,and put it into the whole process of hospital management and service,to consciously establish the management and service concept of patient center,enhance the professional ethics of doctors and promote the establishment of a harmonious and stable relationship between doctors and patients.To attach importance to and strengthen the management ethics is an important experience of building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in developed countries.Therefore,in our country,strengthen the construction of hospital management ethics,is the inevitable requirement of the hospital to strengthen and improve the management,but also the needs of the hospital to participate in social governance.In recent years,with the rapid development of hospital construction and medical service in our country,the relationship between doctors and patients is more intense,local doctor-patient conflicts unceasingly,malignant doctor-patient conflicts happen now and then,which becomes an important factor affecting the development of the hospital and social harmony.It can be found from the analysis of recent 25 typical cases of doctor-patient relationship that causes of tension in the doctor-patient relationship are complex,but from the perspective of hospital management,one of the important reasons is to ignore the ethics of management or lack of management ethics.The performances in the hospital are too pay attention to the professional ethics of doctors,the asymmetry of knowledge and rights between doctors and patients,the patient’s informed complaint channels are not smooth,etc..It is the lack or not in place of hospital management ethics,cause and aggravate the original easy distrust or tension of the doctor-patient relationship,which has become an important factor restricting the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Under the background of deepening the reform of medical and hospital system,it is necessary to reexamine the modern hospital management from the perspective of management ethics in our hospital management,enhance the consciousness of “ethical management”in hospital,adhere to the value of the center of the patient position,construct the ethical standard system of hospital management,strengthen the ethical training of doctors to deal with the conflict between doctors and patients,open up a variety of doctor-patient communication channels and further improve the professional ethics of health care workers,so as to effectively reverse the current situation of tension between doctors and patients,and promote the building of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which is not only to create a good environment for the construction and management of the hospital,but also to promote social harmony and fulfill social responsibility. |
