"pujiu contain the suffering of the spirit",advocating medical humanitarian spirit of benevolence and medicine.Medical treatment should be based on the mutual personality of both doctors and patients,and the healing process of a warm and beautiful disease with mutual respect and care should be a harmonious coexistence of doctors and patients.In the current society,however,the contradiction between patient deepening,possessing incoming medical events,are the latest in a Harbin Medical University cuts,Shan Dong poison vaccine events such as making harmonious doctor-patient drifting away,in the situation of trust,respect,mutual understanding between the doctor-patient gradually disappear,the medical dispute."Thought is the forerunning of behavior",the root cause of these problems lies in the gradual departure of medical ethics spirit.In order to build a comfortable and healthy medical environment,harmonious and stable doctor-patient relationship,the return of medical ethics spirit is imminent.In order to solve the grim situation of the doctor-patient relationship,we produce the core spirit of medical ethics,with outstanding combination of existing of physician-patient disharmony,explore the current status and manifestation of doctor-patient contradiction,analysis on the relevant theories of medical ethics,as a representative of ChongQing Medical University affiliated hospital as an example for the specific research and analysis of existing problems,further to explore the ethical reasons of doctor-patient conflict,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the angle of ethics,to contribute to the improvement of the doctor-patient relationship to hospital.
