For a long time,medical and health have maintained a considerable discussion of heat,especially in the medical and health level continues to improve in recent years,the public demand for medical and health rising.Community the rise of non-profit hospitals to some extent alleviate the pressure of the general hospital diagnosis and treatment,to create more medical space.And for the non-profit hospital itself,performance evaluation and performance management is the difficulty of hospital management,but also non-profit hospital management process is very important point.Healthy performance management can improve the quality of hospital management,but also to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,to a large extent to improve the hospital's performance and interests.However,in our country,non-profit hospitals,especially large-scale community hospitals,in the hospital performance management aspects of the discussion and development is still in the initial stage,both theoretical research and practical exploration are not formed enough scale to meet the reality of its demand.Taking into account the many non-profit hospitals in the performance of the existence of many loopholes and problems,this article will be a community hospital in Tianjin-Tianjin Jianchang Hospital,for example,to balance the scorecard basis,designed for non-profit community hospitals Performance management system.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,it discusses the connotation and significance of performance management,and leads to the method of Balanced Scorecard,which is used to construct the performance management system,and builds the theoretical basis for the performance management system of nonprofit hospital.Then,based on the understanding of the importance of performance management and the use of Balanced Scorecard,this paper takes Tianjin Jianchang Hospital as an example to collect the performance management problems that the hospital appears in operation and introduce the performance evaluation of Balanced Scorecard System,combined with the characteristics of Tianjin Jianchang Hospital,the initial construction of the hospital for the performance management system,and in particular the hospital public health services sector to explain,as a case,to regulate the domestic non-profit hospital performance management system to provide a referenceThen,based on the example of Tianjin Jianchang Hospital,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the Balanced Scorecard Performance Evaluation Model in Tianjin Jianchang Hospital,and puts forward the corresponding plan for the implementation of the model.To the problem and the corresponding solution,based on this,it is estimated that Tianjin Jianchang will use the effect of the Balanced Scorecard,while the hospital case as a case study of the method in the domestic non-profit hospitals and community hospitals The feasibility of promotion.Finally,a detailed record of Tianjin Jianchang Hospital using the Balanced Scorecard of the situation,and the process of the emergence of the situation recorded as a balanced scorecard in China's non-profit hospitals to promote a comprehensive reference.
