Abstract/Summary:
Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,China’s economic aggregate has been constantly increasing,but it has also spawned a number of complicated social problems.Therefore,it is urgent to mobilize the enthusiasm of community medical resources,optimize the medical hierarchy system,reduce the pressure of medical treatment,and improve the quality and efficiency of medical treatment.However,China’s community hospitals are still in the initial stage of development,and unscientific management has become one of the main reasons for the low efficiency of community hospitals.Key of management efficiency is the problem of efficiency management.Because of its birth,the balanced scorecard theory has played a very important role in the performance management of enterprises and governments.However,in the performance manageme nt of community hospitals,there is still a gap.The efficiency of community hospitals is the purpose of this paper.The performance evaluation system of community hospitals is reconstructed by using the balanced scorecard theory,so as to bring into play the advantages and advantages of community hospitals.It is also a bold attempt in the field of performance evaluation of community hospitals.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: firstly,in-depth understanding of the research status of performance evaluation theory and balanced scorecard theory.Through reading the literature and materials,we can understand the current mainstream methods of performance evaluation theory and the advantages and defects of each method.The development of the balanced scorecard theory should focus on the innovation of the theory and the expansion of the application field in the development process,and find the breakthrough of this paper.Second,understand the role of community hospital and bear the mission,and in-depth analysis of the present condition of the community hospital performance evaluation,the pursuit of what is the meaning of performance evaluation,USES what kind of evaluation system and evaluation methods,achieve what kind ofevaluation result,and what are the positioning in the ideal gap,what efforts and improvement needs to be done.Thirdly,SWOT analysis is carried out on the community hospitals to understand the opportunities and threats of the community hospitals in the internal and external environment and to formulate the organizational strategy and general goal according to the role positioning of the community hospitals.According to the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard theory,the dividing objectives of the four dimensions are determined,and the dividing objectives are decomposed into several layers,which eventually become operational indicators and determine the weight of each index.Fourth,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new performance evaluation system,how to cooperate and coordinate in the culture,system,organizational structure and technology of the organization.
