| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Rukang Capsule in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia in Wuwei tumor Hospital of Gansu Province and its effect on serum estradiol?E2?levels,progesterone?P?levels,and prolactin?PRL?levels.Methods:The female patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands treated by the breast clinic in Gansu Wuwei tumor Hospital from January 2017 to December2017 were enrolled in the study.A total of 296 patients were enrolled.After screening,the observation group actually enrolled 124 patients and the control group actually enrolled 120 patients.The patients in the control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule.The patients in the observation group were treated with the Ru Kang capsule to observe the therapeutic effect.After 3 months of treatment,according to the clinical efficacy evaluation index,the breast ultrasound examination was performed on the two groups,and the serum level of estradiol?E2?,progesterone?P?and prolactin?PRL?were measured by chemiluminescence.Results:A total of 99 patients in the observation group received the treatment of Rukang Capsule:12 cases were cured,41 cases were markedly effective,36 cases were effective,and 10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 89.9%.96 cases of the control group received the treatment of Guizhi Fuling Capsule.7 cases were cured,27 cases were markedly effective,43 cases were effective,21 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate reached 78.1%.The total effective rate of the Rukang capsule group was higher than that of the Guizhi Fuling capsule group.The clinical observation of Rukang Capsule on breast pain,mass size and mass of breast:comparing the the breast pain score,breast mass size score and breast mass hardness score of the observation group and the control group before and after treatment,the observation group and the control group showed significant improvement in breast pain,mass size and hardness after three months of drug treatment.The breast pain score,breast mass size score and breast mass hardness score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment?P<0.05?.After treatment,the breast pain score,breast mass size score and breast mass score of the observation group were significantly smaller than the control group?P<0.05?.The Effect of Rukang Capsule on Serum Hormone Level:Serum estrogen levels were compared between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment.After three months of drug treatment,serum estradiol?E2?level and serum prolactin?PRL?level decreased significantly and serum progesterone?P?levels increased significantly in the observation group and the control group.Compared with the control group,the serum estradiol?E2?level and serum prolactin?PRL?level decreased more significantly and the serum progesterone?P?increased more significantly in the observation group.The above results indicate that Rukang Capsule can effectively reduce serum estradiol?E2?level and serum prolactin?PRL?level and make serum progesterone?P?level increas significantly.The safety evaluation results of this clinical observation:The number of adverse events?AE?in 177 subjects were 535 cases in this trial,the incidence rate was77.46%.There were 257 cases observed in the observation group,the incidence rate was 69.35%,and there were 278 cases observed in the control group,the incidence rate was 75.83%.No serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Rukang Capsule effectively relieves breast pain and has significant curative effect on breast lumps.The overall cure rate of the subjects is high and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.At the same time,Rukang Capsule can effectively reduce serum estradiol and prolactin levels,and serum progesterone levels increase significantly.The disease has reached the overall clinical effect on the pathogenesis of mammary gland hyperplasia. |
