Study On The Mechanism Of Ruxiankang Capsule In Treating Hyperplastic Of The Mammary Glands

Objective : To analysis the preventive and therapeutic effects of RuXianKang capsule on Hyperplasia of mammary glands. We would complete experimental study of RuXianKang capsule on Hyperplasia of mammary glands and clinical research in order to find out the influence on RuXianKang capsule in treating Hyperplasia of mammary glands and compare the change in X-ray radiography currently.Methods: What we researched of Curative and preventive on effects of RuXianKang capsule against Hyperplasia of mammary glands were observed in NIH mice.With 24 of 8 week-aged female NIH mice were randomly divided into four groups: such as control group, low-dose group , mid-dose group and high-dose group. Exogenous estrogen administration was used to make models of breast Hyperplasia. We infused medicine into their stomach to preliminary research it.Two weeks later the breast tissue were sliced and observed morphologically, the estradiol and progesterone contents were determined. We wanted to take liver, womb and ovary weight, and observe the variety of breast diameter in front and back.The clinical research drew up to expose the first step indeed 80 sufferers are divided into two groups randomly.Forty patients with breast Hyperplasia were treated by RuXianKang(treatment group)and additional 40 patients were treated by RuPiXiao(control group) at random.Every patients made some anteroposterior examine in X-ray radiography in front and back. We want to observe the change of body changes and absorption degree.Results: The result showed the pathologic and morphological effects in mice.To evaluate the effects of RuXianKang capsule,according of the pathologic morphological changed by transmission electron microscope be made by intra-abdominal injection with Exogenous estradiol benzoate. It suggested that we had the successful models. The epithelial cell structure in breast showed no changes in electron microscope. It suggested thatRuXianKang may have an inhibitive effect on Hyperplasia of mammary glands.There was a certain prevention and treatment function to the mammary glands. The symptoms of Hyperplasia of mammary glands and microscopic leafletSN acini and tubes in treatment group were lower than that of control group. It demonstrated that the general response were obvious. The treatment group effective rate was 97.5%,the control group effective rate was lower. The treatment group effective rate was higher than control group.Conclusion: That capsule constitutes in the medicine formulation were reasonable,the clinical curative effect was obviously.Its mechanism was increasing the hormone of E₂ of the mammary glands cell,adjusting the partial unbalance of the hormone,preventing the cell from leaking out and repressing lump with organize to increase unusually.The treatment methods prevent mammary glands from increasing the function obviously.
