Study On Clinical Efficacy Of Xiang Tian Ma Suop Treat Yin Deficiency Syndrome Yang Excess Syndrome Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiang Tian Ma Suop treat yin deficiency syndrome Yang excess syndrome hypertension.Methods:60patients,which meet the inclusion criteria of the subjects,were randomly divided into treatment group with30cases and control group with30cases, respectively, Xiang Tian Ma Suop combined with irbesartan cure treatment group, irbesartan treat control group, the efficacy was observed after6weeks, respectively, and the consulting room, blood pressure monitoring self testing blood pressure monitoring,24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring before and after treatment (ABPM), and do statistical analysis and comparison. Results:l.The treatment group and the control group significantly reduced blood pressure effect of consulting room, two groups of100%,85.71%, no significant difference, but the treatment group in the diastolic pressure reducing side effects than the control group.(p<0.05).2In the treatment group and the control group were significantly reduced the effect of home blood pressure, the two groups99,72%,83.71%, no significant difference.3.Comparison of treatment group and the control group, the treatment group in addition to24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring before and after treatment (ABPM) were statistically significant (P<0.05),.4. In the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve the TCM syndrome, especially in the improvement of vertigo, headache, backache, knees soft, palpitation, insomnia, curative effect is better than that of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion:Xiang Tian Ma Suop, in the treatment of yin deficiency syndrome Yang excess syndrome hypertension, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and can reduce the blood pressure variability, so Xiang Tian Ma Suop is the effective prescription with in treatment yin deficiency syndrome Yang excess syndrome hypertension.
