Analysis the blood sample result with the basic statistical method and metabonomics method.Results: (1) The statistical analysis about the ordinary circumstances,the routine blood test and the blood biochemistry result demonstrats: Two groups on BMI, Hb, AST, ALT, Scr have the remarkable difference (P<0.05) .(2)R2Y of PC of the metabolite is not high and Q2 is lower,but scores plot Indicates that two groups of samples have the remarkable difference on PC and loadings plot demonstrates there are compounds which have remarkable difference between two groups, and the compounds can be appraised includes: Ethanedioic acid,Butanoic acid,Valine,Urea,Phosphoric acid,Threonine,Aspartic acid,Creatinine,Ornithine,Gulose,Hexadecanoic acid,Octadecanoic acid Monohexadecanoylglycerol,γ-Tocopherol,Cholesterol.Conclution: Metabonomics can differentiate the healthy people and hypertension Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome patients.
