| Purpose and Significance: Summarized the progress of modern research on hypertension Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome and the relationship between metabonomics and TCM Syndrome. Explore the the results of the analysis of metabonomics and connotation of modern science on hypertension Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome,and try to set up group-related biomarkers. Provide a basis for further essential hypertension for the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine to provide a basis for further essential hypertension.Methods: Choose 17 patients of hypertension Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome and 21 healthy volunteers passed the physical examination.The objects picked are all the male for having not to take the blood pressure medicine. Draw empty stomach 12 hours venous blood from objects Remain the serum after settling 2h and high speed offcenter.and preserve them in the refrigerator in- 80℃.After collecting all the sample of serum, take the method of PCA and get the metabolic fingerprinting. Analysis the blood sample result with the basic statistical method and metabonomics method.Results: (1) The statistical analysis about the ordinary circumstances,the routine blood test and the blood biochemistry result demonstrats: Two groups on BMI, Hb, AST, ALT, Scr have the remarkable difference (P<0.05) .(2)R2Y of PC of the metabolite is not high and Q2 is lower,but scores plot Indicates that two groups of samples have the remarkable difference on PC and loadings plot demonstrates there are compounds which have remarkable difference between two groups, and the compounds can be appraised includes: Ethanedioic acid,Butanoic acid,Valine,Urea,Phosphoric acid,Threonine,Aspartic acid,Creatinine,Ornithine,Gulose,Hexadecanoic acid,Octadecanoic acid Monohexadecanoylglycerol,γ-Tocopherol,Cholesterol.Conclution: Metabonomics can differentiate the healthy people and hypertension Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome patients. Although the concrete biological designated object's establishment still could not complete , there definitely is biological designated object group.
