Objective:It is to study the effect of TMGT Decoction in treating chronic nephrits hypertension with sydrome of Yin deficieny and yang excess Methods:Eighty patients were divided randomly into two growps. The TMGT group(40 cases) was treated with TMGT Decoction The control group was treated with Bao Shen kang Capsule. The changes of blood Pressure, clinical symptoms, proteinuria and the function of liver and kidney were observed before and after treatment.Results: The TMGT Decoction was more effective than the control group in improving chinical symptoms, lowering the level of blood pressure, decreasing proteinuria (P<0.05).The changes of the function of liver and kidney were not remarkable in TMGT Decoction group before and after treatment.Conclusion:It is suggested that TMGT Decoction is an effective medicine in treating chronic nephritis hypertension with syndrome of yin deficiency and yang excess.
