Clinical Observation Of Huangji Decoction Retension Emema On Postoperative Complications Of TST

Objective:This study by using my mentor's experience prescription-Huang ji decoction retention enema to observe the clinical curative effect of its in the treatment of postoperative complications after Tissue-selecting Therapy(TST)stapler resection,while illustrating the clinical effectiveness of using Huangji Decoction retention enema to prevent anal bulge,blood in the stool,pain and anal edema after TST.It provides a reference for its clinical promotion,and also explores a more effective and non-side-effect treatment for postoperative complications of this procedure.Method:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional anti-inflammatory,hemostasis,wound dressing and other treatments after TST.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine Huangji Decoction for 7 days on the basis of conventional treatment,while the control group was not treated with retention enema.The changes of anus bulge,blood in the stool,pain and anal edema were observed on the 1st,5th,8th day and 2 weeks after surgery of treatment in the two groups,and recorded in the form of integrals,then perform statistical processing to analyze and compare the final efficacy.Results:1.On the first day of treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of anus bulge,bloody,pain and anal edema(P>0.05);2.On the 5th day of treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in improving anus bulge(P<0.05).The treatment group improved postoperative anus bulge better than the control group;while there was no significant difference in improving bloody,pain and anal edema between the two groups(P>0.05).3.On the 8th day of treatment,the symptoms of anal bulge,postoperative blood in the stool and anal pain were improved in both groups.The two groups were comparatively significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the symptoms of defecation and anal edema(P>0.05).4.On the 14 th day after surgery,the two groups had obvious effects in improving anal bulge,postoperative blood in the stool,pain,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The two groups were different(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving anal edema.5.The final overall efficacy was observed and analyzed.The effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The comparison between the groups was P<0.05,indicating that the results were comparable to the jaundice.The high efficiency of Huangji Decoction retention enema has certain effects on the postoperative complications of TST.Conclusion:Retention enema of Huangji Decoction has certain effects on the treatment of postoperative complications of TST,especially in improving the anal bulge,blood in the stool and anal pain after TST,but the effect is not obvious in improving anal edema.In general,this is a safe,effective and patient-acceptable treatment method that not only reduces the pain caused by postoperative complications,but also provides new methods and ideas for TCM external treatment.It is suitable for clinical promotion.
