Clinical Observation Of The Effects On Retention Enema With Kuijielingiv On FSTL1 And FC In Patients With Large Intestine Damp Heat Type Of UC Active Type

Objective:To observe the effects of FSTL1 and FC who use Kuijieling? retention enema in the patients that damp heat in the large intestine type of Ulcerative Colitis.Methods:30 patients with ulcerative colitis(damp heat in the large intestine type)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 15 cases.The observation group was given the treatment of Kuijieling? enema.Patients in the control group were given mesalazine enema.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,the changes of gastric mucosa and serum FSTL1 and fecal FC in the two groups were observed.The results were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the treatment group,the improvement of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,the changes of the mucosa and FSTL1?FC were significantly improved compared with the control group.Conclusion:1.The results showed that the retention enema for the patients with large intestine damp heat type UC was significantly improved in the treatment of the patients with the symptoms and signs of intestinal mucosa and intestinal mucosa erosion and edema.2.The results showed that the retention enema in the treatment of FSTL1 and FC in the patients with large intestine damp heat type UC was significantly improved.
