The Clinical Efficiency And The Effect On Blood Coagulation Of Da Cheng Qi Decoction Retention Enema On Treating Sepsis

Objective:Through observing the clinical curative effect and the effect on blood coagulation of the retention enema with Dachengqi Decoction,to provide a new reference for clinical treatment of sepsis by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:In this study,64 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n = 32).The treatment group was treated with retention enema of Dachengqi Decoction and Western medicine.The control group was treated with warm water retention enema and Western medicine.Patients were carried on the SOFA,APACHE-II,TCM syndrome score and we records the patients' body temperaturerespiratory rate,general indicators,after treatmenting three days and seventh days.At the same time,we extract the peripheral blood and venous blood used to test the four items of coagulation(APTT,TT,PT,FIB),D-II,blood lactate,platelet.Results:After treatmenting three days and seventh days of Dachengqi Decoction enema,body temperature,respiration,blood coagulation,D-II,blood lactate,blood platelet,and APACHE-II score,TCM syndrome score,SOFA score changes compared with the control group,they have the statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:I Retention enema with Dachengqi decoction can improve the clinical efficacy and coagulation function of patients with sepsis(blood stasis syndrome),and effectively prevent and cure the sepsis complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation.2 Retention enema with Dachengqi decoction can effectively reduce the four blood coagulation and D-Dimer,blood lactate levels in patients with sepsis(blood stasis syndrome),raise the level of platelet count,improve the patients' respiratory and body temperature.3 The retention enema with Dachengqi Decoction can significantly decrease APACHE-?,SOFA,TCM syndrome score in treating sepsis.
