| Objective: To observe the differences in visual analogue scale(VAS),symptom and sign scores,C-reactive protein(CRP)and serum uric acid levels before and after treatment,and to evaluate the effect of bloodletting therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on clinical efficacy of acute gouty arthritis of damp-heat-mixed type,providing a new idea for the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods: 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis of damp-heat-mixed type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: bloodletting therapy combined group with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group)and diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets group(hereinafter referred to as control group),30 cases in each group.During the treatment,one patient in the treatment group was evaluated as the final treatment effect due to the western medicine treatment during the treatment period,which was regarded as rejection.After the end of treatment,59 cases were finally completed,29 cases were completed in the treatment group and 30 cases were completed in the control group.Treatment group: Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao,Taibai,Taichong,and local Ashi points were selected for bloodletting therapy and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.The treatment was once a day for 5 days for a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.The control group: oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,once a day for 5 consecutive days for a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.The VAS,symptom and sign score table,CRP,and blood uric acid values data of the two groups were recorded on the day before treatment and after the end of the treatment.Statistical analysis of the validity and difference of the two sets of data using SPSS 22.0 software.Results:1.VAS: The treatment group and the control group were statistically significant in the VAS pain score group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).2.Symptoms and signs score: There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the syndrome group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).3.CRP: There was statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the CRP group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).4.Blood uric acid: There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the serum uric acid group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the serum uric acid(P>0.05).5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.65%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Bloodletting therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets can improve joint swelling and pain,restore joint function,reduce inflammation index and blood uric acid level.2.In the improvement of joint swelling and pain,joint mobility and inflammation indicators,bloodletting therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy was significantly better than oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,the two groups reduced blood uric acid levels.3.Bloodletting therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of acute gouty arthritis with damp-heat-mixed type is superior to oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,and the course of treatment is short and the adverse reactions are few,which is worthy of popularization and application. |
