Study On The Efficacy And Side Effects Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis

Objective Gout have a long history,known as the "king of the disease" and "disease" can not walk,is a range of clinical conditions of serum uric acid in excess of a general term.Gout arthritis is usually the first clinical manifestations of gout,the general performance of acute attack,and sometimes can be shown or developed into chronic arthritis.The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of gouty arthritis by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the adverse reactions caused by the analysis,provide the basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safety in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Method In 2012 06 months to 2015 06 months of Rheumatology First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College in 160 cases of complete data of patients with gouty arthritis as the research object,according to the principles of randomized 160 patients were divided into treatment group and treatment group,80 cases in each group.The western medicine group received symptomatic treatment in gouty arthritis,giving oral medicine and external application of Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of Western medicine treatment group,treatment group with combination of TCM and Western medicine,2 weeks before and after treatment in two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,blood uric acid level after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the rate.SF-36 quality of life questionnaire to evaluate the quality of life in patients after treatment for 1 years.Result53 patients recovered after treatment with combination of TCM and Western medicine,patients in 24 cases,invalid in 3 cases,the cure rate was 66.25%(53/80),effective rate was96.25%(77/80);33 cases of patients with western medicine cured after treatment,patients in 31 cases,invalid in 16 cases,the cure rate was 41.25%(33/80),effective rate was 80%(64/80);combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group in the cure rate and efficiency are better than western medicine treatment group,compared between the two groups have significant difference,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the serum uric acid level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was significant between the two groups,P<0.05.The occurrence of gastrointestinal reactions after treatment,3 cases of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,1 cases of renal colic,1 cases of acute arthritis,0 cases with leukopenia,0 cases of abnormal liver function,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 6.25%(5/80);western medicine group after treatment,6 patients had gastrointestinal reactions,3 cases of renal colic,2 cases of acute arthritis,2 cases with leukopenia,1 cases of abnormal liver function,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was17.50%(14/80);the rate of adverse reactions to occur in the treatment group is better than western medicine treatment group with combination of TCM and Western medicine,between two groups was significant,P<0.05.Two groups of patients before treatment in mental health and physical health test table table compared to no significant difference,with statistical significance on the comparability;patients in the treatment group after treatment in physiological function,physiological function,body pain,general health and social function are better than western medicine treatment group with combination of TCM and Western Medicine between the two groups were compared,the difference was significant,P<0.05;and in the three aspects of vitality,emotional function and mental health,compared to the two groups had no significant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion1 Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of gout arthritis than western medicine alone clinical effect is better,reduce the patient's blood uric acid concentration is faster;2 traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of gout arthritis compared with western medicine alone treatment adverse reaction incidence rate is lower,higher safety;3 traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of gout arthritis on the quality of life of patients is more obvious,it is worthy of clinical application.
