Design And Implementation Of Health And Disease Management System

Due to historical reasons,the development of health information technology in China is very uneven.The unified management and utilization of health data scattered by residents has become a major problem in the field of health information in China.In order to improve residents' health condition,it is necessary to provide the health managers with a simple,easy-to-use,powerful and highly flexible health and disease management system.So that they can easily find the relevant information of health-risk groups,and distinguish the health,sub-health,high-risk and chronic disease patient,which can be segmented into groups and be followed-up schedules to improve the efficiency of the management.Through in-depth research and analysis,this paper focuses on how to collect and utilize health management data comprehensively.Based on Action Research(AR),this paper focuses on AcitveMQ middleware technology,EntitiyFramework,RESTful,(Representational State Transfer),Fast Health Interoperable Resources(FHIR),ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET MVC WebAPI framework.This system's architecture framework is composed by five layers,including access layer,data exchange layer,FHIR resource layer,service layer,application layer.The system designs and implements medical imformation managemant module,clinical medical data exchange micro-service(data collection module),disease management follow-up schedule module.The main theoretical contribution of this paper is to innovatively utilize the framework of International HL7 Fast Health Interoperable Resources(FHIR),integrate health data scattered in different systems with various industry standards and technologies for health and disease management,to meet the needs of health workers,and explore the Chinese FHIR specification that meets the requirements of China's health industry.In the practice,this research designed and implemented a health and disease management system,which been used in three medical institutions directly,and provides practical reference for the research in related fields.
