Based On The Swing Of The Residents' Health Records Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of IT, the use of advanced information managementsystems and network platforms, the scientific management of medical information, hasbecome the inevitable trend of development of the health services industry. Accordingto the goals of the new medical reform, electronic health records is the core content ofthe regional medical information, to establish the residents’ electronic health records,integration of medical and health information resources, in order to improve theefficiency and quality of health services.In this paper, the basic data set for the health of residents file the informationcontained in relational database design and stored according to the actual needs, thedesign and development of residents’ health records management system. The systemmainly establish the residents’ personal health records, create family files, supplementedby township hospitals and village clinics or community health service centers to bemanaged as a unit, and some important information to the regional statistical analysis.The health records of management system area are divided into counties, towns, villages,towns county village clinics or community health service centers, health recordsmanagement agencies, in accordance with the priority of the regional low to high, theresidents’ health records to implement upload to download must have certainpermissions. The system implements the residents’ health records management, healthmanagement of children aged0to6, women’s health management, disease managementfor more than65years of age, elderly health management, hypertension and diabetesand other chronic diseases and health management, the management of patients withsevere mental illness, including immunization and general medical services, generalmedical services including door adult healthy, out-patient clinics, and hospitalizationhistory. Designed in this paper the health of residents file contents including residents’personal health records, family health records of death registration and a number ofimportant medical and health service activity records.The system is based on the C/S system architecture, using Java Swing preparationof all system interfaces, persistence layer using JDBC, the database using MySQL, mass data storage of health records and the Hive and MySQL combination framework fordistributed storage platform.
