Research Of The Construction Of Community Health Infomatization Project

Since twenty-first Century, the development of the information technology in medical industry rapidly, information technology also brings change to community health. The community health information construction in China has made certain achievements, the construction of electronic health records has begun to take effect, the regional health information platform based on electronic health records is gradually building. But it also brings a lot of problems in the process of construction of community health informatization, such as data standards are not unified, data sharing among medical institutions difficult, information chimney, information silos widespread, system security is weak, system construction has no effective method of project management, shortage of technical personnel etc.This paper is divided into six parts to conduct research and analysis on the community medical treatment information system. The first part mainly describes the main development dynamic community health information at home and abroad, and discusses the necessity of community health information construction. The second part analyses the current situation of community health informatization construction in China, and the main contents of the information construction: the community health service information system and regional health platform based on electronic health records. The third part points out the main problems existing in community health informatization construction, and puts forward the basic measures to solve these problems. The fourth part introduces the actual construction of the specific community health service center, including the status of the case before the transformation, information system project analysis, hardware and software platform, after the completion of the main features of the information system. The fifth part describes the project management method applied to the community health informatization construction, focuses on the project scope management and project risk management, improve the successful rate of informatization project construction. The sixth part summarizes the community health informatization construction, demonstrated the effectiveness of informatization construction, and conduct future development of health informatization.The paper uses literature analysis and case studies, combining theory with practice. Through the problems of community health informatization construction in the process for processing and analysis, combined with the concepts and methods of project management, process management and risk management of construction project information, puts forward some solutions to improve the community medical information system project implementation success rate. It will provide some practical basis for the construction of community health informatization in the future.
