The Relationship Between The Expression Of Placental Visfatin And Omentin And Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

Objective:Objective to investigate the relationship between placental visfatin and omentin and placental heterogeneity by comparing the placental levels of lipoproteins and omentin in normal pregnant women and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Meanwhile,the influence of placental fat and omentin expression on the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was discussed,and its predictive effect in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was evaluated.Method:A total of 120 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in our hospital were selected as observation group.Among them,73 cases were hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,14 cases were mild preeclampsia,and 33 cases were severe preeclampsia.The other selected normal full-term delivery in our hospital 120 cases of pregnant women as control group,all cases had less than 30 min in the placenta after delivery,respectively in the placenta to the umbilical cord center,edge parts,two parts of the 1 block of 1*1cm.After the treatment,frozen spare.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the content of alfatin and omentin in the samples collected.Statistical analysis of the collected data.Result:(1)visfatin and omentin could be detected in different parts and levels of placenta tissues in the observation group and the control group,and the visfatin concentration in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).However,the levels of visfatin in the three groups of hypertensive disorder,mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia were almost the same(P > 0.05).(2)compared with the control group,the levels of omentin in the observation group decreased to varying degrees.However,there was no significant difference in omentinlevel between the hypertensive patients and the control group(P > 0.05).The omentin levels in the other two subgroups were significantly lower than those in the control and pregnancy induced hypertension patients,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)The average content of visfatin in different parts and levels of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the average omentin level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).(4)there is no correlation between the content of alfatin and omentin in various patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Conclusion:(1)Compared with healthy pregnant women,pregnancy placenta in patients with hypertensive disorder within the perilipin content will be significantly increased,and omentin levels decreased in different degree,and different gestational hypertension omentin level are also different.(2)visfatin and omentin are important factors in placental tissue.They may participate in the process of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.However,there is no obvious correlation between these two substances,but also provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
