Gui Zhi Tang, Xiao Chai Hu Tang Ephedra Asarum Aconite Decoction On Early Allergic Rhinitis Experimental Comparative Study

Objective:To investigate action of Guizi decoction Xiao Chaihu decoction and Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction treating early Allergic Rhinitis by animal experiment and compare with each other. Methods:We made use of Cavia porcellus whose early Allergic Rhinitis was developed by dripping nostrils with 10 percent Toluence diisocyante (TDI) olive oil solution and the three decoctions compared with each other in behavior IE S. P and C3b receiver of red cell and irnmne complexity of red cell. Results: Guizi decoction can relieve symptom of Cavia porcellus's early Allergic Rhinitis and decrease IgE of serum S. P of blood. Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction can relieve symptom of Cavia porcellus's early Allergic Rhinitis and decrease S.P of blood and increase C3b receiver of red cell and immne complexity of red cell. Conclution: Guizi decoction and Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction is superior to Xiao Chaihu decoction in treating early Allergic Rhinitis.
