| Objective To investigate action mechanism of Xiao Chaihu decoction ,. Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction and Guizhi decoction treating metaphase Allergic Rhinitis by animal experiment and compare with each other. Methods: We made use of Cavia porcellus whose metaphase Allergic Rhinitis was developed by dripping nostrils with 10 percent Toluence diisocyante(TDI) olive oil solution and the three decoctions compared with each other in behavior ,. IgE, SP and C,1, receiver of red cell and immune complexity of red cell. Results : Xiao Chaihu deeoction can decrease IgE ,. SP and increase C3b receiver of red cell and immune complexity of red cell,which was significant deference(P < 0.05) compared with Guizhi decoction and Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction Conclusion: Xiao Chaihu decoction is superior to Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction and Guizhi decoction in treating metaphase Allergic Rhinitis. |
