| ObjectiveInvestigating the clinical effect of Xuan Fu Dai Chai Decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction,and providing a clinical basis for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease by TCM.Methods60 cases which diagnosed gastroesophageal reflux disease of Qi depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome in wards and outpatients from gastroenterology department of foshan hospital of TCM during January 2017 to October 2017 were divided patients into treatment group and control group randomly,30 cases of each group.During 8 weeks of observation time,the control group was treated with esomeprazole capsules,40 mg,qd.on this basis,the treatment group added xuanfu daizhe decoction.The symptoms of the subjects were evaluated before and after treatment for 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks,and 4 weeks after withdrawal.The changes of symptom scores were compared between the two groups by statistical analysis.Results(1)Symptom score: the study included 60 effective cases,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.the total score of symptom score in the two groups after 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly:(2)Recurernce rate:After treatment for 8 weeks,and 4 weeks after withdrawal,28 cases were treated effectively in the treatment group,among which 3 cases recurred,the recurrence rate was 10.7%.21 cases were treated effectively in the control group,among which 5 cases recurred,therecurrence rate was 23.8%,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).ConclusionBoth groups were effective,and the addition and subtraction of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine,xuanfu daizhe decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment,the curative effect was more obvious and the recurrence rate was lower. |
